About Bloomergy|m GmbH

bloomergy|m sits in Glockenbach, at Oefelestraße 13A in Munich, and its timetable is built around movement that strengthens the body from the inside out. Pilates, yoga and strength run side by side, often combined in one class, so the same studio can hold a quiet mobility session and a demanding full-body hour. Most classes are open to every level.

It suits you if

  • you want strength and yoga in the same hour
  • you prefer evening classes after work
  • you are new to Pilates and want an easy start

What the classes are

The studio's classes mostly follow the Pilates method, with core and pelvic floor work running through many of them. Yoga is the next largest group, often in a flow style that moves between poses and held breaths. Strength and mobility appear as their own classes, and some combine them, such as Strength x Yoga, which pairs functional strength with stabilizing yoga poses.

BLACKROLL® classes add fascia work to these practices. BLACKROLL® meets Pilates and BLACKROLL® meets Yoga use the foam roller and bands to prepare or deepen the main movement, while BLACKROLL® Active Recovery is a gentler session built on compression and light strength.

How the week runs

Most of the timetable falls in the evening, and the busiest starts cluster around 6pm, 5:30pm and 6:45pm. Mornings are also well used, beginning at 8:45am, and a small number of classes run around midday. Monday, Thursday and Friday are the busiest days, and weekend classes are few.

Classes run 45 or 60 minutes, with a few shorter 30-minute sessions such as Core and BLACKROLL® Bands. Passes are not part of the structure here, so each class is booked as its own session.
