Yoga and Pilates on one mat
Körpersinnfonie combines yoga and Pilates in a way that runs throughout its classes. Pilates Matwork and Pilates Matwork with Props focus on the deep core and posture, while Yoga sanft and Easy Yoga bring slow stretches and breath. Hatha-Flow meets Yin Yoga, TriYoga flows and Mat Mobility sit between the two, offering a mix of movement and stillness.
Many of the classes are built around breath, relaxation and body awareness. Breathwork and progressive muscle relaxation appear alongside the physical practices, so a class can feel more like a reset than a workout.
The shape of the week
Evenings carry the bulk of the timetable, with more than half of the classes starting in the late afternoon or evening. Start times such as 5pm, 6pm and 7:30pm are the most common, and Thursday, Monday and Tuesday are the busiest days. Mornings are also covered, starting from 7am, and there is a midday Pilates class for a short break.
Around a dozen facilitators teach here, with Katharina, Sascha, Samy, Manuela, Julia and Ferhan leading the most classes. Classes are a little more than an hour long on average, and the studio does not run on passes.
