What the studio offers
Studio Ohmo is built around pilates, which makes up more than half of its classes. Core and pelvic floor work runs through many of them, and the studio also offers barre, which draws on ballet and functional training. Yoga comes in several forms, from a dynamic flow in the early evening to yin yoga, which holds poses for several minutes with props. Breathwork and a guided deep-release class round out the range.
The studio has a particular focus on the period after birth. Its pilates with baby class supports parents returning to exercise once they have finished postpartum recovery.
