What is practiced here
The studio's core offering is Pilates, and reformer Pilates makes up more than half of its classes. The reformer sessions range from a beginner course that introduces the machine to intermediate classes that ask for more control and coordination. Mat Pilates runs at beginner and intermediate levels, and Pilates X Sculpt combines Pilates with functional strength training for a more intense session.
Barre is a smaller part of the timetable. Barre (Beginner & All Levels) draws on Pilates, ballet and functional training, using small precise movements for legs, glutes, core and upper body. No dance experience is needed.
How the week runs
Most classes take place in the evening, and about a third of the timetable falls in the morning. Midday classes are few, and there are no classes before 9am. The weekend has a small share of classes, and the busiest days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Every class runs for 55 minutes, which keeps the rhythm of the day consistent.
The studio does not sell passes, so each class is booked on its own. Classes are taught in German, and the level of each one is shown in its description, from beginner to intermediate and experienced, so you can choose the session that suits where you are.
