What is practiced at yodini
Pilates is the center of the schedule at yodini, alongside yoga and strength work. Classes like the core-focused pilates session, pilates hiit and back training show how the studio combines controlled movement with intensity, and most sessions last about an hour.
For those who want something slower, yin yoga holds postures for several minutes and vinyasa flow links breath and movement. Strength x hiit and pure strength give a more demanding option, with circuit training that works through all the main muscle groups.
How the week runs
Most classes are set at the evening, and the studio also offers early starts from 7:30am. Monday, Tuesday and Sunday are the busiest days, and the start times that draw the most people fall in the early evening and the morning.
The studio has a range of classes for different stages of life. Pregnancy yoga and pilates, postnatal pilates with babies and pilates for teenagers each have their own sessions, and the classes are led by facilitators who work with those groups in mind.
