How the week runs

Most of the schedule sits in the morning and evening. Classes often begin at 9am, 8:30am and 5:30pm, with the latest starts at 7:30pm. Mindful Morning and Rise & Shine give a slow or energetic start to the day, while Easy Evening Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga-Flow help you let go of the day.

Classes usually run for about 75 minutes, though some are shorter at 60 minutes, and a few longer sessions such as the Achtsamkeitstraining run for 90 minutes.

What you can practice

Yoga classes are the largest group, with Vinyasa and flowing practices alongside calmer forms. Pilates appears in several classes that focus on core, back and posture. A smaller set of classes is built around balance, gentle movement and breathwork, and there are dedicated classes for people 60 and over.

The Herbstferien note on the listings shows that facilitators sometimes take breaks, so it is worth checking the current timetable before you plan a visit.
