What the studio offers
Reformer Love practices Pilates on the reformer, and the studio's classes are built around strength, the core and the pelvic floor. The example classes show the range: an All Levels Reformer class of 50 minutes, a Reformer Lunch Break for the middle of the day and a Reformer Core & Stability class that works on the trunk.
All Levels classes are designed for people who are beginning with Pilates as well as for those who already have experience, so a newcomer can join without a long introduction. The classes keep the same length of 50 minutes.
