What the classes are
Pilates is the heart of the schedule at elements Pilates & Dance, and it appears in many forms. Pilates Foundations and Intermediate Pilates give a structured route through the method on the mat, while Abs & Posture and its chair variations focus on the centre of the body. Reformer classes bring the machine work into the mix, and the chair plus reformer combination lets people move between both.
Beyond Pilates, the studio runs Stretch & Restore for slower, more open sessions, FIT with Weights for interval-based strength, and Zumbalates for a more dance-led hour. Iyengar yoga is also on the timetable, in 60-minute classes.
How the week runs
The timetable starts early. Classes begin as early as 6am, and the busiest start times are 8am, 9am, 10am and 11am. Mornings make up about half of all classes, so the studio works well for a practice before work. Evenings are also well covered, with about a third of classes in the evening and the last start at 8:30pm. Weekend sessions make up about a fifth of the schedule. Tuesday, Monday and Wednesday are the days with the most classes.
Most sessions last 50 minutes. The studio does not offer class passes, so each class is booked on its own.
