How the week is shaped
Most of the week at humble yoga is built around morning practice. More than half of the classes start before noon, and about a fifth begin before 9am, with 8am and 9:15am among the most common start times. Evenings are also active, with classes starting as late as 6pm, and the busiest days are monday, thursday and friday.
Classes usually run for an hour. Shorter express versions of fitness fusion, pilates fusion and vinyasa flow run for 45 minutes, which suits a quick practice before the day gets busy.
What the classes are like
Flow and vinyasa form the core of the studio, with vinyasa flow, slow flow and refine and flow all appearing regularly. Strength is well represented through fitness fusion, strong classes and pilates, and barre fusion adds another route into the same kind of work. Core and pelvic floor classes and mobility and stretch sessions give the schedule a steadier, more body-focused side.
For slower practice there is yin yoga, which runs for 75 minutes, and a few restorative and gentle classes. Senior flow and flexibility and senior strength and mobility are designed for people 60 and over. A few sound bath and gong and bowls sessions appear too, though they are uncommon here.
