The classes and the people who teach them
Root Pilates runs a handful of facilitators, and a few of them teach most of the classes. Lucia Shin, Na Eun Lee, Sophie Choi and Stella Kang lead the largest share of the schedule. Classes are fifty minutes long, which gives a focused session that fits easily into a working day.
Most of the classes are taught on the reformer, and about a third are described specifically as Pilates. Chair and tower sessions appear as well, such as the 30x20 Chair+Tower class, which adds variety to the reformer work.
How the week runs

If you are planning a regular practice, mornings and early evenings on Monday, Tuesday and Friday offer the most options. Each class runs for fifty minutes, so it is easy to plan around a day.
