A wide range of yoga and movement
Most of the timetable is yoga, and about half of the classes are marked all levels. Alongside them are restorative and yin classes that slow the pace, and a set of Pilates-based classes including Yogalates and Pilates Sculpt. Meditation runs in short sessions, often 20 minutes, which makes it easy to fit into a morning.
The studio also offers a few classes for strength and mobility, along with gentle yoga and reiki. The variety means a regular student can rotate between styles over a week without leaving the building.
Who teaches and when
The classes are taught by a couple of dozen facilitators, with Carla Stangenberg, Marissa Anteby, Katie Cavanagh, Ramit Kreitner and Greta Feit among those who teach the most. Morning classes, starting as early as 7am, make up much of the week, while Sunday, Saturday and Wednesday are the busiest days. Weekend mornings are a steady part of the timetable, and the evening classes finish the day with a 5:30pm start.
Families also have a place here. Child and grown-up yoga and a kids class sit alongside the adult schedule, so a parent can bring a child to the studio.
