What is practiced here

The studio's core is Pilates, most of it on the reformer, a spring-resistance apparatus that asks the whole body to connect through the core. Alongside these sit core and pelvic floor sessions, mobility and stretch classes, and the gyrotonic tower classes, which are offered at several levels.

The classes are also layered by experience. Many are marked for experienced practitioners, while the level 1/2 reformer classes give a gentler entry point for someone new to the work.

When and how classes run

Most classes take place in the morning and around midday, with starts between 10am and 4pm across the week. Sunday is the busiest day, and nearly all of the classes fall on weekends. The most common start times are 10am, 10:30am, 11:30am and noon.

The classes are generally an hour long, and the studio's private sessions, duets and bodywork are offered alongside them.
