How the week runs
Most of the week at Padel United Sports Club happens in the morning, with about half of the classes starting before noon. The day tends to build from earlier starts around 9:15am into busier points at 10am and 10:30am, and then into afternoon classes that peak at 2pm. Evening classes, which run as late as 7pm, make up about a fifth of the schedule.
The studio is organized around a handful of kinds of practice. Strong classes such as strength, HIIT, power circuit and core conditioning sit beside yoga, Pilates and gentler sessions. Sound work, including sound bath and gong and bowls, forms its own thread, and some classes combine the two, like Yoga & Sound Healing with Cheri-Ann.
Who leads the classes
The studio is run by about ten facilitators. Cheri-Ann Santini and Greg Gomez lead the most classes, with Jess Someck, Kerri Levine and Natalie Caruso also teaching regularly across yoga, Pilates, strength and physical therapy sessions. Bergen Mahj and the Club Host take the mahjong and social side of the schedule.
The classes are described for all levels, so a first visit can start with a slow flow yoga session or a Pilates class and build from there. Most classes are about an hour long, with strength and circuit sessions running closer to 45 minutes and the spa and mahjong afternoons around two hours.
