In Sage + Sound’s words

A guided breathwork journey to release, restore, and reconnect. Activate the body, quiet the mind, and open the heart. Active Breathwork is an immersive practice that uses conscious, rhythmic breathing patterns to shift awareness from the mind into the body. This powerful technique facilitates emotional release, activates the nervous system, and supports self-healing by accessing deep-seated emotions and energetic blocks. Through this three-part breath paired with a hand-selected, evocative playlist, participants are guided to quiet mental chatter, connect with physical sensations, and open space for clarity, release, and self-connection.
