How the week runs

The studio's timetable is built around the morning. Most classes take place before noon, and about half begin before 9am, with the earliest starts from 6:10am. In the evening there are a few classes, and the weekend keeps a smaller schedule, with about one class in ten falling on a Saturday or Sunday.

Tuesday, Thursday and Monday are the busiest days, and the most common start times are 7am, 8am, 9am and 9:50am.

What the classes cover

Pilates forms the largest group of classes, including pilates plus, classical pilates and mat pilates. Around a fifth of classes focus on core and pelvic floor work, another fifth on strong sessions and flexibility, and a further fifth on mobility and stretch. Strength classes, including pilates x strength and sculpt x trx, offer a more demanding option, while gentle, restore and yin classes provide a slower pace.

Barre and yoga sculpt appear as well, giving those who enjoy variety a few different ways to work the body.
