The classes on offer

The studio's timetable is built around Pilates in several formats. Mat classes run from beginner through advanced intermediate, and reformer and tower classes are offered at beginner and intermediate levels. Stretchy Tower Pilates focuses on the spine through fluid movement and stretching, and Power Pilates on the mat is a more intense session that calls for several years of regular practice.

You will also find barre on the floor for all levels and a yin yoga class at 60 minutes. Pilates class names carry their level, so reading the label before booking helps you choose the right session.

How the week runs

Most classes are on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and the busiest start times are 8am, 5:45pm, 6:15pm and 6:45pm. Mornings and evenings carry most of the week, while midday classes make up about a fifth of the timetable. Weekend sessions are also part of the schedule.

The studio is run by a handful of facilitators, and Sophie M., Clémence, Emma and Elmarie lead the most classes. Classes are taught in French and typically run 55 minutes.
