What the classes are
Most of what Cherry Hill offers is strength work. Its sculpt full body classes come in many versions, including BUNS & GUNS, POWER SCULPT, SIX PACKS & BACKS, OBLIQUES & CHEEKS and SCULPT & JUMP, all running 45 minutes. Themed sessions such as PITBULL BUNS & GUNS, GLORIA'S Y2K PARTY and MILLENNIAL MONDAY add variety to the week.
The studio also has a smaller set of gentler options. FLOW Sculpt Full Body and STRETCH & FLOW offer a slower pace, and a few yoga, mobility and restorative classes round out the timetable.
