be one yoga redmond is a hot yoga studio on NE 68th Street in Redmond, where most of the week is given to yoga practiced in heat. Mornings are full, with more than half of the classes starting before noon, and evenings bring a steady second wave. The studio also runs slower classes like yin and restore, so a practice here can move from sweat to stillness within the same week.

What the studio practices
The studio's own description places it as a nurturing space for balance, stress relief and inner peace. Most of its classes are yoga, and most of those are hot. Hot hatha is the slower, more held style, and hot vinyasa moves more continuously through sequences. Both are common on the timetable.
Alongside them sit mat pilates, which is practiced on the mat with an emphasis on control and core, and yin, a long, still practice for the hips and back. A fusion class called vin to yin moves from the flow of vinyasa into the stillness of yin in one hour.
The shape of the week
Classes begin at 7am and run until 7pm. The busiest start times are 9am, 11am, 5pm and 7pm, and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday carry more classes than the rest of the week. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the schedule.
Most classes last an hour. The hot hatha 90 minute class is the one longer option, for people who want more time in the heat.
