What the classes are
The studio is at 1203 Southeast Everett Mall Way in Everett. Most of the timetable is yoga, with Hatha, Hatha Fusion, Warm Hatha and Hatha 26 giving a steady, grounded way into the practice. Alongside them, strength and core work run through the week, including Strength, Sculpt and Core and pelvic floor classes. Pilates is also part of the mix.
The studio's classes tend to be strong. Power, Sunday STRONG and Sweat are among the more intense options, while Restore, Gentle and Yin offer a slower counterweight. Calm and flexibility classes appear now and then, and Sound bath and Monday Sound Sanctuary give you a more contemplative option.
How the week runs
Mornings are the centre of the week. More than half of the classes start before noon, and about a fifth begin before 9am, so the early start at 6am is a real option. Evenings offer about a third of the classes, with 5pm and 6:30pm among the busiest start times. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the timetable, and there is no midday class on the schedule.
About ten facilitators teach here. Shelley Barquist, Shana Palmer Hileman, Tiffany Tate, Tasha Johnsen and Laurie Balise lead a large share of the classes, and Christina Fraij, Hajera Ahmed, Michelle Burkhart, Ashley Pearce and Ashley Wigren teach the rest. Most classes run for about an hour.
