What the classes are

The studio's classes are built around yoga, with more than half of the schedule labeled as yoga practice. Hatha appears often, and power, yin and slow flow give a different pace for those who want variety. Strength-oriented classes, including sculpt and strength, make up a sizeable share, so a visit can lean toward movement and muscle as much as stretch.

Levels are mixed across the week. Gentle and restorative classes sit alongside strong and power sessions, so a newcomer can begin with hatha or slow flow and try more demanding options later. Some classes are themed for specific groups, such as the teen Halloween class.

When classes run

Mornings carry much of the schedule. Starts at 6am and 9:30am are among the most common, and about a fifth of classes begin before 9am. Evenings are also active, with 5pm and 6:30pm among the busiest start times. Midday and weekend sessions are available, though less frequent.

Monday, Tuesday and Friday are the days with the most classes. Most classes run for an hour, which makes it easy to fit a practice into a working day.
