What the classes are

The studio's week is built mostly around yoga. Hatha and power classes make up a large part of the schedule, with yin, Kundalini and flexibility classes filling in the rest. Sculpt and Infinity Flow add variety for those who want something more active, while Yoga nidra and chanting offer a quieter alternative.

Many classes are 60 minutes long, and the studio's fusion classes, such as Power/Yin Fusion and Kundalini Fusion, combine two approaches in one session.

How the week runs

Morning practice is part of the rhythm here. A good number of classes begin before 9am, and the early start at 6am is one of the earliest on the schedule. Midday classes are fewer, and the evening starts at 7:30pm close out the day.

The facilitators, including Chuck, Brittany, Lynn, Kevin, Kami, Shana, Scott, Katy, Jessica and Samantha, lead the majority of the classes between them, so the studio offers a consistent presence across the week.
