Classes and styles
Mat pilates leads the schedule, and most of it is pilates with a focus on core and pelvic floor. Benda Bend it like Benda is the studio's signature 45-minute class, a dynamic session with layered options that aims to be joyful and sweaty. Benda Power Play is a strength and conditioning circuit built on pilates principles, with heavier weights and a faster pace.
For a slower session, Benda Reset is dedicated to long stretches and gentle mobility work, and Benda Breath uses guided breathwork and pranayama across 60 minutes. Benda Bender joins the two, starting with strong mat pilates and finishing with a slow stretch.
