Mum & Bub on the Mat and similar postnatal classes suit parents who want to move with their baby nearby. Melt & Sculpt and Muscle & Mat are 45 minute classes that show the studio's approach to strength work.

The typical class runs 45 minutes, which makes it easy to fit a practice into a morning or after work. A handful of facilitators lead the classes, and Leah Briscoe teaches the most of them.
