How the week runs
The studio's timetable is built around the morning. More than half of its classes fall before noon, and a good share begin before 9am, from 6am onward. Evening classes are also part of the week, with the latest start at 7:40pm, and weekend classes make up about a fifth of the schedule.
Most classes run 50 to 60 minutes. Mat Pilates and Barre Burn are 50 minutes, while Yoga Flow, Yoga Align, Yin Yoga and Yoga All Level run 60 minutes. Power Yoga is 55 minutes.
Strength, flow and slower practice
Strength is the common thread here. Power Pilates fuses traditional mat work with fast-paced sequencing, and Power Yoga links breath to a vigorous vinyasa sequence of standing poses, balances and inversions. Barre Burn combines ballet, Pilates and yoga movements with small, high-intensity work set to music.
For slower sessions, Yin Yoga holds poses for longer periods and works into the deeper connective tissues. Yoga Flow is playful and vinyasa-inspired, and Yoga Align is kept to 13 to 15 students so each person is guided through the poses.
