Hot yoga and hot Pilates

Hot yoga is the studio's main line, and it appears in more than half of the classes. Bare Hot Yoga and Bare Hot Flow run for 60 minutes, and the heat is part of what the practice is here. For those who want a warm, moving session without full heat, Power Vinyasa (Reduced Heat) and Bare Vinyasa (Reduced heat) keep the flow but lower the temperature.

Pilates runs alongside the yoga. Hot Sculpt Pilates, Inferno Hot Pilates, Pure Hot Pilates and Glow in the Dark Hot Pilates bring core and pelvic floor work into the heated space, and Pump & Sculpt adds a strength focus.

The shape of the week

The studio's timetable starts at 6:30am and runs to 8:15pm. Mornings and evenings each hold about a third of the classes, and the busiest start times fall at 10am, 5:15pm, noon and 8:15pm. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday carry the most classes.

The studio's own classes are 60 minutes long, with a few 75-minute sessions that blend yoga and stretching. A couple of dozen facilitators lead the classes, and the studio's classes run across its handful of locations in the area.
