What the classes are

The schedule is built around Pilates, which makes up more than half of the classes. Reformer work runs alongside barre, strength and sculpt classes, and a few spin classes sit within the same week. Classes marked strong and experienced make up about a fifth of the timetable each, so the studio has room for both steady and more demanding sessions.

Most classes are about 50 minutes long. Mornings and evenings each hold about half of the week, with a smaller number of midday classes and a few starts before 9am.

The shape of the week

Classes are led by about ten facilitators. Hannah-May Ricketts, Evanna Colinas and Taylor Tran teach the most classes, and Christina Cripouris, Rebekah Ledlie and Carmen McKay share much of the rest of the schedule. Weekend classes are fewer, about one in ten, so most of the practice happens on weekdays.

The busiest start times are 9am, 9:15am, 6:15pm and 7:15pm. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday hold the most classes, and none of the classes here require a pass.
