What the classes are

Most of the timetable is yoga, and hot yoga is the style that shows up most often. Classes such as Bare Hot Yoga, Bare Hot Flow and Hot Hatha give the heated room its character, while vinyasa, yin and restorative classes offer slower or more steady ways to practice.

Beyond yoga, the studio has a clear line of Pilates and strength work. Hot Pilates, Hot Pilates Sculpt, BARRE Sculpt and Full Body Sculpt sit alongside core and pelvic floor classes, and a few mobility and stretch classes such as Bare and Stretch give the schedule room to slow down.

When classes run

The studio runs a full morning schedule, with classes starting from 6:30am and many people practicing before the day begins. Weekday evenings are just as full, with the busiest start times at 5pm and 6:30pm, and the latest class starts at 8pm.

Most classes last about an hour, and the studio also offers some shorter sessions of around 45 minutes. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are the days with the most classes, and weekends bring a smaller share of the timetable.

Does the studio offer Pilates or barre?

Pilates is part of the regular timetable, with classes such as Hot Pilates and Hot Pilates Sculpt. Barre and core and pelvic floor classes are also on the schedule, so the studio covers more than yoga.
