Mommy & Baby Pilates classes are offered in 6 week series and will take place every Tuesday at 11:30 AM. This 6-week series will run from October 20th through November 24th. This series is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with your body after pregnancy in a supportive and welcoming environment, while also spending quality time with your baby. The price for the full 6-class series is $210. To register, simply click on “Drop-In” to purchase the package and reserve your spot. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll automatically be added to all 6 classes. During each class, you’ll use a variety of Pilates equipment while focusing on gently rebuilding strength after pregnancy, including pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, posture, mobility, and overall body awareness. No previous Pilates experience is necessary. Classes will be taught by Nadia, who has extensive experience working with prenatal and postnatal clients, and creating safe, supportive movement programs for new moms. Pre-mobile babies are welcome to join. Our studio is very spacious, and you’re welcome to bring a car seat, bassinet, baby bouncer, or simply a blanket for your baby. Studio mats are also available if you’d like to place your baby comfortably on the floor during class. Some movements will allow you to hold your baby and move together, while at other times your baby can simply stay comfortably beside you as you exercise. The class is designed to be flexible, relaxed, and baby-friendly. Please ensure you have been cleared by your OB or healthcare provider before returning to movement and exercise.
