How the week runs

The timetable leans toward the morning. Most classes begin before noon, and about a third start before 9am, with 6am and 7am among the most common start times. The busiest days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Evening classes, which begin as late as 7pm, make up about a fifth of the schedule, and weekends are lighter, with about one in ten classes falling on a Saturday or Sunday.

What the classes are

Strong classes make up the largest share of the timetable, followed by strength work and core and pelvic floor sessions. Power yoga and yoga sit alongside them for a more controlled pace. Named classes such as LIFT, Body Blast, Kettlebell, Forever Strong, Tabata and Bosu Sculpt give the week its variety, and most run 45 minutes so the session stays focused.
