What the classes are

The Sweat Box leans toward strength. Lift Strong 45 and Full Body Blast 45 are among the classes, and strength is the largest share of what is offered. Sweat sessions, including Saturday Sweat, add a higher-intensity option for those who want to work up a sweat.

The rest of the timetable is more varied. Pilates, flexibility, mobility and stretch work, and gentle classes such as Flex+Stretch give a lighter counterpart to the strength sessions, so the studio can be used for recovery as well as effort.

How the week runs

Most classes run in the morning, with about half of the timetable starting before noon. The earliest class begins at 6:30am, and a good share of sessions fall before 9am. Evening classes make up about a third of the week and finish with a 6pm start.

Midday classes and weekend sessions are a smaller part of the schedule. Jenny, Lucas, Alex and Rachel lead the most classes, so a regular at the studio is likely to see a familiar face.
