Quiet the mind and soften the breath.

In ZENDEN’s words
Red light meets Reiki in a full body recharge designed to support deep, restorative sleep. The gentle infrared glow supports circulation, cellular repair, and relaxation, while Reiki works to clear energetic blockages and restore balance within the body. Together, they calm the nervous system, reduce tension, and prepare you for a more restful night. Each session opens with our signature Moment of Zen – a guided grounding and immersive sound experience that helps quiet the mind and settle the body. The experience then closes with an extended sound bath, allowing the effects of the Reiki and red light to fully integrate and carry you into deep rest. This class is experienced entirely on our red light infrared mats, designed to support deep restoration, recovery, and overall wellness through targeted light therapy. Each mat emits a combination of 660 nm visible red light and 850 nm near-infrared (NIR) light, working at both surface and deeper levels of the body. The 660 nm wavelength penetrates the skin’s surface (approximately 1–4 mm), supporting collagen production, reducing inflammation, improving skin tone, and helping with concerns such as acne and texture. The 850 nm near-infrared light penetrates much deeper (up to 50–100 mm), reaching muscles and joints to support recovery, ease tension, and reduce overall inflammation. What to expect: Full-body exposure to red light and near-infrared therapy Deep relaxation and nervous system support Muscle recovery and tension release Skin-supportive benefits from visible red light Optional sunglasses are provided free of charge for your comfort during the session. Contraindications – this class may not be suitable if you: Have lupus or other light-sensitive autoimmune conditions Are taking medications that increase light sensitivity (photosensitizing medications) Have epilepsy or light-triggered seizures Have active cancer or are undergoing cancer treatment (unless cleared by your physician) Have open wounds, recent surgeries, or acute injuries in the area of exposure Pregnancy note: Red light therapy is generally considered low-risk, but research is still limited.
