Lengthen, soften and breathe into space.

In Acroyoga Vienna’s words
When the outer world slows down, we can find time & space to observe our thoughts. In this class, we will combine the introspective nature of yin yoga with journaling prompts. Whether you write them down or not in the end of class is up to you, you can also choose to see it as meditation without writing. We’ll begin with a few soft fluid movements to awaken the body and shake off the remnants of the day. From there, we’ll move into longer-held Yin postures, staying in each for 3-5 minutes. These long holds target the deep connective tissues of the body, allowing you to soften, release, and truly relax. This class is all about slowing down and finding out what's going on in your mind and condensing the chatter into insight through specific journaling questions. You don’t need to be experienced in yoga, just come as you are, and allow yourself to fully unwind. If you want, bring your own journal and pen but there's also paper and pens at the studio. Mats included in your booking.
