Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are the busiest days, so these are good days to find a choice of times.

Classes for different bodies and paces
A large share of the classes focus on gentle movement, joints and flexibility. Mobility & Stretching is designed for women with restricted movement, Sessel-Yoga and Sessel-Dance are done seated, and Senioren Yoga is adapted for older people. For those who want more energy, Zumba, Dance Cardio and Bodywork offer full-body movement, while Core & Floor and Beckenbodentraining work on the core and pelvic floor.
GS Fitness Women: questions and answers
What is a good first class for someone who has not practiced before?
Mobility & Stretching and Sessel-Yoga are both gentle options. Sessel-Yoga is done largely seated on a chair, which gives support and suits people who prefer not to get down to the floor. Mobility & Stretching is aimed at women with limited flexibility, such as stiff joints or spinal blockages, and is a good place to start for those who feel restricted.

Most classes run in the morning or the evening. The earliest start is at 9:30am and the latest at 7:30pm, and the busiest start times are 9:30am, 10:30am, 4pm and 5pm. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are the days when most classes take place.
Are there classes for older women or for slower movement?
Yes, there are classes for women who want to move at a gentle pace. Senioren Yoga is adapted to the needs of older people and focuses on mobility, balance, strength, breathing and rest. Sessel-Yoga and Sessel-Dance are done seated, and Beckenbodentraining works gently on the deep pelvic muscles.
