What the studio offers
The studio is in Maurer Hauptplatz 8 in Mauer, in the south of Vienna's 23rd district. Its classes sit between functional training and yoga. DEEPWORK is a cardiovascular workout built on the principle of polarity, yin and yang, and it is described as a athletic and challenging session. BODYART classes take a gentler approach, with yoga-inspired poses, physiotherapy-based movements and strength work.
The classes focus on strength, core and pelvic floor, mobility and stretch, and balance. Yoga and breathwork appear in about a third of the timetable.
The shape of the week
The studio has a small team of facilitators, and Ulli leads the most classes. Most of the timetable falls in the morning and early evening, with the busiest days being Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Weekend classes are not offered.
The typical class is 60 minutes long, and a shorter DEEPWORK Xpress option runs 45 minutes. Classes are not sold as a pass, so you book each one separately.
