What the practice looks like

The studio's classes are almost all yoga, and the two example formats show the range. Yin yoga asks you to hold each pose for three to seven minutes, a calm and reflective practice focused on stillness and body awareness. Vinyasa flow connects movement with breath and builds strength, mobility, balance and stamina through sequences that change from class to class.

About half of the classes are restorative or calm, and about half are strong, so the schedule lets you choose between a quiet evening and a more energetic one within the same studio.

When and with whom to practice

Classes are in the evening. The earliest start is 6:15pm and the latest is 7:30pm, and most classes last about an hour. Wednesday is the busiest day, so it is a good evening to check the schedule if you want a full room.

Nina leads the largest share of classes, and the studio's small team of facilitators keeps the practice consistent across the week. The studio works on a drop-in basis rather than a pass, and classes are in German.
