What the studio offers
namasthese offers dozens of classes over a typical month, and the mix is clearly centered on yoga. Power yoga and sweat-focused sessions appear alongside calm, release and restore classes, so a visitor can choose between a slow evening and a more energetic practice. Some classes add strength, joint and mobility, or core and pelvic floor work, and a few offer HIIT, strength training and Latin dance.
Most classes last about an hour. The studio is open to everyone, with classes labeled for all levels and some that ask for prior experience.
When classes run
The evening is where most classes at namasthese take place, with more than half of the timetable starting after 5pm. Morning sessions are the second strongest part of the week, and the earliest class begins at 7am. Weekends carry a smaller share of the schedule. Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday are the busiest days, which suits people who practice on a regular weekly rhythm.

Most classes are in the evening, and the busiest start times are 6pm, 6:30pm and 7:15pm. Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday are the fullest days of the week. Morning classes start as early as 7am, and the latest class begins at 7:45pm.
Is namasthese suitable for beginners?
Yes. Several classes are open to all levels, and the Yoga Calm and Wake Up Yoga descriptions say they suit everyone, whether practiced or new to yoga. Power Flow is marked for levels 1 and 2, so it is worth checking the level before booking.
