Reformer at the center
The studio's weekly rhythm is most visible in its reformer work. Reformer All Levels, Reformer Beginner, Reformer Power, Reformer Sculpt and Reformer Strength all run for 55 minutes and mix classic pilates exercises with props such as the ball, ring and weights. Reformer Strength is the one built around more spring resistance for building strength.
Beyond the reformer, mat pilates and Yogalates: Move & Melt bring the work to the floor, joining yoga movement with pilates exercises for the core and mobility.
Classes through pregnancy and after birth
The studio also offers Pregnancy Glow, Pregnancy Reformer Pilates and Postnatal Glow, which work with the body through pregnancy and the months after birth. Its description speaks of gentle, protected settings and a return to strength at a pace that suits the body.
The team of facilitators, a couple of dozen people, includes Snezana, Kerstin, Gilda, Julia L., Bojana and Sandra A. among those who lead the most classes.
