What the studio teaches
The studio's classes lean toward a mix of Pilates, yoga, and strength work. Core and pelvic floor training appears in more than half of the classes, and many sessions use small equipment like hand weights, balls, and bands. Heated Pilates is also part of the program, with classes held in a room warmed to about 32 degrees Celsius.
The yoga side covers vinyasa, flow, and yin. Yoga Flow moves between breath and motion with music, while Yoga Sculpt adds light weights to a yoga sequence. Inside Flow is a longer 90-minute format that pairs vinyasa with a beat.
How the week runs
Evening classes are the most common, with about half of the schedule taking place in the evening. Mornings are also well represented, with classes starting as early as 8:15am. The busiest days are Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday, and a handful of classes run around midday.
Most classes last 60 minutes, while a few longer formats run 90 minutes. Classes are taught in German.
Die Yogaboutique: questions and answers
Is this studio good for beginners?
Most classes here are listed as suitable for all levels, so a first visit is straightforward. There is also a first class ever option for people who have not practiced before, and experienced practitioners will find more advanced options like Vinyasa Yoga Next Level.
When do most people practice here?
About half of the classes take place in the evening, and about a third fall in the morning. Mornings start as early as 8:15am, and evening classes run as late as 6:45pm. Weekends make up roughly a fifth of the schedule.
Which classes are the most common?
Pilates is one of the most common offerings, alongside yoga and strength-based classes. Pilates is listed for about half of the classes, and it includes a classic Pilates class, Hot Pilates, and a Hot Pilates music special with 2000s hits.
Is there a class with music?
Yes. Some classes, like Inside Flow, pair vinyasa movement with music so the breath and motion follow the beat. Hot Pilates and the Hot Pilates music special are held in a heated room, and Barre draws on ballet and Pilates with energetic music.
Where can I find something slow and calm?
The studio offers Yin Yoga Relaxed Level for those who want a quieter, gentler practice where poses are held longer. Restore-style classes appear less often, and a calm feeling is part of about a third of the schedule.
