What the classes cover

Pilates, balance and yoga make up a large part of the group program, with strength, core and pelvic floor, flexibility and mobility classes following close behind. Classes such as Vinyasa and hot yoga sit beside calmer ones like Yin, hatha and Stretch & Relax, so the same club covers both a flowing practice and a slow one.

Aqua classes take place in the sport pool and use the water for low-impact strength and endurance work. Aqua HIIT adds interval work to that, and Jumping Fitness runs on mini trampolines.

How the week runs

Mornings and evenings each account for about a third of the timetable, with a smaller share at midday and a few classes before 9am. Many start at 9am, 10am, 6pm or 7pm. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the program, and the busiest days are Sunday, Friday and Tuesday.

Classes are usually 60 minutes, and the club also runs shorter 30-minute sessions such as Booty Burn Class and Aqua HIIT.

The space around the classes

The club's own description stresses a blend of training and wellbeing, with the pool, a large Finnish sauna, a media sauna, a recovery sauna and the saunas in the changing rooms. The large rooftop terrace and the bistro offer a place to stay after a class.
