What the studio practices
Strength and core work set the tone at 1111 Nantucket. Strong classes make up most of the schedule, and about half focus on the core and pelvic floor. Yoga and strength classes come next, with a few heated options such as Hot 26 and Yoga Sculpt.
The classes that move slowly form their own part of the week. Restorative and yin classes appear regularly, and one is held by candlelight. A restorative soundbath, yoga nidra and a restorative class with reiki sit alongside them for those who want to wind down.
