What the studio teaches
The studio is built around strength. Most of the classes are strength classes, and more than half are described as strong. Step and strength classes sit at the center of the timetable, with arms and abs, legs and glutes, and full body sessions all appearing regularly.
Yoga has a place too. About a fifth of the classes are yoga, and there are heated and power yoga sessions for anyone who wants a flowing practice with more heat or intensity. A few classes are more focused on balance and attention, with names that signal a calmer pace.
When classes run
Most of the schedule falls before noon, and about half of the classes start before 9am. The busiest start times are 8:15am, 9:30am, 6am and 5:30pm. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday hold the most classes across the week, and weekend classes make up about a fifth of the timetable.
Most classes last 50 minutes, so a session fits easily into a morning before work or an early evening.
