What the classes are
Barre is the core of the timetable, making up more than half of the classes. Strong, core and pelvic floor sessions follow, along with Pilates mat and barre props classes. Each usually runs for an hour, and the programme returns to these practices week after week.
Alongside the strength work there is a quieter side. Gentle yoga flow, restore, mobility and stretch classes, and sound baths with gong and bowls give the week a slower rhythm.
How the week runs
Most of the timetable falls between early morning and late morning. The earliest class starts at 8am, and the latest begins at 10:15am. Tuesday, Thursday and Monday hold the most classes, and weekends make up only a small part of the week.
The classes are taught by about ten facilitators, with Maryjean Kimball, Kristen Samson, Donna Onacki, Jacqui Goodhue and Sarah Whittier leading the most sessions.
