How the week is shaped

The studio's week is weighted toward the morning, with more than half of classes starting before noon and a good share before 9am. Mornings are busiest around 8am, 9am and 10am, and the Thursday to Saturday stretch fills up fastest. Evening classes are fewer, with the latest start at 6pm and the 4:30pm start appearing as one of the busier times.

The classes are built around Pilates and yoga in roughly equal measure. Reformer work appears across several levels, from foundations and full-body integration to strength-focused sessions for more experienced practitioners. Hot yoga, power yoga and a few restorative or yin classes round out the timetable.

Reformer, yoga and the in-between

Reformer classes are the heart of the programme, with the level labels helping you choose a session that matches your experience. Some reformer classes add red light therapy, and the Reformer Foundations Series gives a structured way into the equipment. The Classic Pilates Mat class offers a version without the machine.

For a slower pace, the yin and restorative classes, including one with red light therapy, are a calm counterpoint to the stronger sessions. Hot yoga classes run in a heated room, and power yoga sessions range from 60 to 90 minutes.
