What the studio offers
Most of the classes here are yoga, and strong classes make up more than half of the schedule. Power yoga runs through the week, and infrared classes, which are heated, account for about a fifth of what is offered. Hot yoga and classes built around flexibility and strength also appear regularly.
The studio is not only about intensity. Restorative, yin and calm classes make up about one in ten classes each, and Thai yin and gentle flow to restorative give a slower rhythm for days that call for it.
