The space and its beach sessions
Ride the Wave is set in Seabrook Beach, and some of its sessions move onto the sand. Seabrook Sunrise Beach Yoga is held on Seabrook Beach at the Hooksett Street entrance, and Yoga on the Decks takes practice outside the studio walls.
A handful of studios make up the local choices, and the facilitators, about ten in all, give the place its steady character across the week.
