What the studio practices

The studio's practice centers on restorative yoga. Classes are unhurried, built around props, long holds and a steady pace that asks the body to soften rather than work hard.

Alongside the yoga, there is a sound bath and sound healing session, along with classes that combine gentle flow and stretch with a focus on nervous system reset. Mobility and stretch work also appears across the schedule, so the practice stays easy to enter.

The shape of the week

Most classes take place in the evening, with more than half falling between 5pm and 6:30pm. Midday classes cluster around noon and 2pm and make up about a third of the schedule.

Weekends hold about a third of the classes, and Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday are the busiest days, so those are the easiest days to find a session.
