What is taught at grace under fire yoga

The studio is built around yoga, and most of its classes fall under that umbrella. Vinyasa is the most common style, usually described as flow, and many of these classes are open to all levels. Alongside them are restorative classes, such as Catching Grace (Restorative), which move more slowly and focus on rest and release.

The classes are led by about ten facilitators. Paula Dillon, Lauren Quella and Sandi Toppins teach the most classes, while Megan Lien, Melissa Benson and Kayla Rouse are also regular presences on the schedule.

How the week is shaped

The busiest start times are 9am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm and 7pm, and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are the days when the most classes run. Morning and evening carry most of the week, while midday and the hours before 9am are not part of the schedule.

For a first visit, the Gentle Grace/Beginner class and the Sunday Evening Reset are useful places to begin, since both run at a calm pace and last an hour.
