What the studio practices
The studio's most common class is one that feels joyful, with about a third of the timetable built around that feeling. Zumba runs as a high-energy cardio session, commercial pop and lady commercial teach choreography to current songs, and jazz and modern dance sessions build expression and musicality. Les Mills Bodypump and jumping fitness offer a different pace: barbell strength work and low-impact cardio that still raises the heart rate.
For slower, more controlled movement there is mat Pilates, including a full body class that uses body weight for resistance. Core and pelvic floor classes and a calm offering also appear on the schedule. A family capoeira class brings parents and children into the same space for play, acrobatics and music.
How the week runs
Practice here follows the rhythm of working days. Mornings are quiet, and the first class of the day starts at 10am. The main block runs from midday into the evening, with most classes between 5pm and 8:30pm. Weekends have a smaller share of classes, and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays carry the most sessions.
The studio is in a neighborhood where people can easily combine a class with an evening walk through Neustadt/Süd.
