How the week runs

The studio's timetable is built around the evening. More than half of its classes start after work, and the busiest starts are around 5pm, 6:15pm and 6:30pm. A smaller share of classes begins in the morning, from 7:30am, and only a few fall at midday.

Sundays and Mondays carry the most classes, with Friday and Thursday close behind. Most sessions run 60 minutes, while some longer 75-minute classes give more time for sequences and meditation.

What you practice

Vinyasa is the style you will meet most, with yin and flow classes close behind. Several classes combine movement with breath, such as the Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior sequence or the Ashtanga inspired open class, which keeps the Primary Series rhythm without strict rules.

For a gentler entry, look for classes labelled calm, restore or gentle, like the soft Sunday flow or the yin session that pairs long holds with somatic movement. Pranatal yoga is offered for expectant parents.
