How the week runs
The studio sets its week around the evening. About half of its classes start in the late afternoon or evening, with busy starts at 4pm, 5:30pm and 6:15pm. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday carry the most classes. Morning classes begin at 8am, and a small number of sessions happen at midday or on weekends.
Classes last about an hour, with yin yoga and singing bowls running slightly longer in the evening.
What you can practice
Reformer Pilates, yoga and Pilates together make up much of the timetable. Vinyasa flows with Stephi and Tanja, gentle yoga for every body, and yoga therapy sessions that rotate focus between hips, back and shoulders sit next to classic Pilates with Klaudia and Michelle's breathwork and soulcare sessions.
For a first visit, the Yoga Starter class and the basic reformer class are built for people who have not practiced before.
